I am proud to announce the release of EpicServers new web site!
After many hours of work, we have finally concluded the design. I am personally extremely happy with the outcome.
Along with the new site, we are introducing a whole new line of features!
New introductions include extended services such as web hosting and voice service hosting, a full client/billing panel to keep track of your account and payments and much much more.
We would also like to welcome the introduction of a revolutionized level of gaming services provided to Australia. Server side FPS is now offered in ranges from 333 to 1000. No more 100 FPS and paying extra for 300 or even 200 FPS! We are now offering all services at 333 FPS default with the option for 500 and 1000 FPS additions. More for you money.

what a shit company...if you like to wait ( 3 days to deploy the servers) and love them hanging up on you when you try to ring them then epicfail is for you
ohh and if you love waiting days and days without replys from there tech team then epicfail is for you!
also note they will not refund you even they cant provide you a service( my servers have been down for 6 days now and i just wana fucking refund)
they will gladly take your money but dont expect to hear from them after payments have been received
epicfail what a beautiful company...god your servers have no downtime at all

MY SERVER KEEPS FAILING...IT SHUTD DOWN CONSTANTLY AND NOW IT SAYS MF1 ERROR AND I MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT....??? WTF

Hello there,
it’s always easy to pick out the hosting services owned and poorly managed by a single person, and I must say this one couldn't be easier to spot.
My comment is unlike all the other specially selected comments loaded with how "superior"/ "great" this business is. I speak for numerous people who have experienced firsthand the game play and services, including myself. The competitive prices offered here is a bad move on management's part. The servers have ridiculous uptime with overloaded servers, i.e. the service cannot support the magnitude of consumers and anyone not sure of what I’m saying, become a member here!
Factually speaking, fps-servers have much better prices and by experience of old customers to epic-hosting, they say that fps-servers have better service too.
Frankly, many would agree to how armature the business is, especially when they have limited awareness of their competitors, and claiming themselves as the "best", or even "a part of the best".

That is correct, however the servers kernel needs to support this and higher specification hardware of course. Thus meaning the correct timer is set as 1000Hz is required. Most LINUX distributions do not support this default unless you're running FedoraCore. That is why suppliers don't offer it.
Along side that our server FPS is monitored via a supervise script. Obviously setting different FPS on that matter then what is paid for will result in a TOU violation and may induce service suspension or termination.

On linux servers the FPS can be changed via the rcon command sys_ticrate 1000.
