Sydney Wide Downtime [September 14th]
Announcement
We just want to make an announcement concerning the service connection issues over the past few hours.
Firstly we want to say it was not an attack against us (as thought earlier). Connectivity issues were caused by one of the main internet providers (Pacific Internet) for EpicServers and our Sydney datacenter (GlobalSwitch). Pacific Internet were experiencing router hardware difficulties which resulted in routing issues. We were then notified that "A restart of both routers rectified the issue." All EpicServers should now be running as usual prior to the down time.
We just want to make the situation clear and avoid any hesitation one may see with our services, operations or providers (which are now back and running as normal).
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and we thank you for understanding and being patient during this period.
If you find anything out of place or that may have gone missing please contact the support and we'll help restore any issues.

Wow, the irony. Listen, lets be honest here. We take the time to even answer a person like you coming on here sprouting off comments like your own heads so far up your ass the lump in your throat is your nose. Untill we see you put your money where your mouth is, I would bet you couldn't even afford to buy one of our high end servers let alone the amount we have. Don't even waste the energy typing some garbage about the quality of our services or the integrity of the time we put into it.
You see Brent and Matty ? they are in no way up our ass's at all. They just have manners called loyalty and respect something you lack. They enjoy and appreciate all this we offer and what they get in return.
How about you just move your seeded hate and fabricated opinion on as I can see we're done responding to you.
Btw, I don't need to prove my age at all to you and also scratch up on your spelling, grammer and sentence structuring.

Wow... That last reply you posted, Thomas, made no sense what so ever... what a bunch of gibberish.
If your so bloomin' angry or annoyed at EpicServers or you think their services are 'shithouse' then why do you keep coming back and replying to these guys?
We understand your opinion is your opinion, but don't come on here and try to change the opinion of other people because you have absolutely no right..
I personally know how much time and effort that is put into EpicServers and the help and support it's staff provide is wonderful.
What your saying looks like total bullshit to me. Grow up will you?

EpicServers are run by experienced staff. I myself have been working within the online industry for over 8 years now. I've successfully executed and managed multiple online businesses, EpicServers being one of them.
If anyone here is out of their own comfort zone and expressing fabricated opinions, this would be you. I am happy to accept all feed back in relation to previous experiences customers/clients have had with EpicServers. These can be submitted directly to myself. However the grounds here, on which you're expressing your opinion would be considered abuse.
As you can see Brent, Dabi and various other persons who you've managed to insult were simply expressing their opinion much like you have. I believe that they didn't provide any incentive or deserve the replies you've supplied.
If you would like to continue to harass our staff and our loyal clients, I will happily exclude your presence from our web site front end. This choice however is yours. Consider it a warning.

... your almost forcing people to actually believe that Epic Servers are any thing close to good!.. this wouldn't even be considered bias on your part its a FABRICATION & it wont work ... and Brent i must hand it to ya ..your a genius! u sure have it all figured... and Epic servers are good!... i'm 8 years old!.. and the world is flat! and that CEO sure sorted me out didn't he! ahahah.. u guys should go on comedy central, maybe they'll appreciate you shoving your head up his ass.. who knows maybe u'ze can take turns?

CEO.. are so shallow as to appreciate the pathetic attempts to defend Epic Server's credibility.. mate.. you make it too obvious that ur a kid.. or your like an adult in appearance with possibly an underdeveloped brain? im looking forward to the answer

Hey there Thomas. CEO here. If you don't like our site or service(s) nobody is forcing you to return here to seek replies. If it's so bad just don't keep coming back. Nobody will miss your hollow opinion. Thanks for the comments brett and dabi glad you respect us and our efforts.

Well, you opinion is valid, that is my point. However the reason behind my last statement is simply the fact that you're obviously some child with no sense of direction in the fact of understand how things in the business and online world operate.
Right now I don't really care what EpicServers has done to you. I am just going to defend their ground because I know the last thing they deserve is some little snotty spoilt kid harassing every member who posts on their website.
I can pretty much place my money on the fact that EpicServers has done nothing to mistreat you as a client because I know the grounds off which they operate. Judging from your point of view, your opinion is completely bias to your own beliefs and not directed aimed/related to EpicServers.
